LEGAL STATUS

The MAVA is a Foundation established under Swiss law by Dr. Luc Hoffmann on October 24, 1994. The seat of the Foundation is located in Basel and it is listed in the Commercial Register of Bâle-Ville. The Foundation is politically and denominationally neutral, and has been granted status as a non-profit organization, placing it under the supervision of the Swiss Federal Foundation Authority. |
