Requests should be addressed to the Secretariat of the MAVA Foundation in hard copy and in electronic copy, and should be accompanied by a covering letter.

In the initial stage, applicants are requested to submit a project concept which will make it possible to ascertain whether the project is in line with the Foundation's priorities.

At a subsequent stage, they will be asked to submit a complete project proposal based on recommendations and instructions provided by the Foundation.

Projects to be conducted in the West African eco-region should first be submitted to the Scientific Committee of the PRCM which will determine their conformity with the PRCM which will determine their conformity with the PRCM regional program.
